During Baytown's City Council meeting on Thursday, March 28th, City Council is scheduled to consider an ordinance appeal of Chapter 14 "Animals" of the codes of ordinances. If council chooses to appeal, the animal control ordinances will be updated to meet state law requirements and require mircochipping of animals in the City of Baytown. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 2401 Market St.
